We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop creative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and more. Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials, ensuring a professional and cohesive look and feel. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and produce visual assets that align with marketing campaigns. Content Design: Create engaging graphics for online platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.) to support promotions and seasonal campaigns. Visual Content Editing: Edit images, videos, and graphics as needed to ensure they are visually appealing and ready for distribution. Maintain Design Libraries: Keep track of and organize design files and assets for easy access by the team. Requirements: Experience: 1-5 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply. Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual composition. Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics. Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing previous work is essential for application. Soft Skills: Good communication skills and ability to take feedback positively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Familiarity with the salon or beauty industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
