Experience - Minimum 6 Month Full time Experience

Key Responsibilities:

1 .Conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of marketing and communication materials, including:
2. Digital: Social media graphics (static, animated, stories), web banners, email templates, presentation decks, digital ads, and blog graphics.3 . Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and event materials.4 . Branding: Logo design, iconography, and brand guideline development.5 .Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.6 .Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.7. Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.8 . Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to company guidelines.9 . Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.10 . Prepare and preflight files for both digital and print production.

Qualifications & Skills required for the role :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
6 months of internship or full time role of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.An impressive portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a strong plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
