Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Photoshop/Illustrator + AI Tools) Location: Bangalore About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator , and familiarity with AI-based design/document creation tools . The role involves supporting the design team in creating marketing materials, documents, and visual assets that align with our brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and edit visual designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documents with design elements. Utilize AI tools to speed up design workflows and generate creative concepts. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs. Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator . Familiarity with AI-based design/document tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for content structuring, etc.). Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have: Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Experience in designing marketing collaterals, infographics, or social media creatives. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Purpose of the Job Role The major responsibilities include Account Management, Client Acquisition, revenue Generation, and Project Management Primary Responsibilities The role of a Inside Sales Manager - B2B sales is client-facing and would involve continuous interactions with both internal and external stakeholders New client acquisition and sustaining existing client relationships through meetings and follow-ups Developing an excellent knowledge and understanding of Strengthscape’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry Conduct thorough research about the account and create strategic plans to grow client relationships and business within those accounts Retaining clients by smoothly building strong and trusting relationships Keep identifying new business opportunities and avenues to grow the business Understanding client requirements through a need analysis, by applying a consultative selling approach when engaging with clients to understand their organization, team, and individual level performance and process issues Co-ordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of projects by planning and delivering client projects with the delivery team Suggesting improvement and proposing new tools and processes based on industry best practices to ensure quality service to the client Requirements Experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred but not necessary.
