Junior Functional & Performance Tester

Key Responsibilities: - Functional Testing - Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design test cases for Power Platform and ServiceNow applications. - Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across various platforms. - Validate workflows, business rules, security roles, and data integrity. - Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing for web and mobile apps. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scripts and logging defects. - Performance & Load Testing - Define performance benchmarks and KPIs for Power Platform and ServiceNow apps. - Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing. - Monitor application performance under simulated workloads. - Identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations. - Ensure solutions meet system availability SLAs and scale under peak usage conditions. - Test Automation - Design and implement automated testing frameworks for Power Platform and ServiceNow. - Automate functional regression and performance scenarios. - Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines. - Maintain reusable test scripts and libraries for ongoing sprints. - Security & Compliance Testing - Validate compliance with guidelines and support vulnerability remediation. - Verify access controls, role permissions, and data handling policies. - Collaborate with security teams for penetration testing follow-ups. - Documentation & Reporting - Prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices. - Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA or equivalent tools. - Provide test execution reports and performance analysis during sprint reviews. - Maintain testing knowledge base and reusable assets. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 4 to 6 years of software testing experience with at least 2 years testing Power Platform and/or ServiceNow Solutions. - Strong understanding of Power Platforms and/or ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and performance testing tools. - Good to have: ISTQB Certified tester, Microsoft Certified, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator/Application Specialist. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
