Job Description

Position Overview** We are looking for a **Junior (or Mid-Level) Full Stack Developer** eager to grow their skills in building an AI-driven HR management system. You will work closely with senior engineers and AI specialists to implement **microservices**, develop **front-end features**, and help integrate **GenAI** capabilities. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn cutting-edge technologies in both software development and AI/LLM integration. ### **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Full Stack Development** - Implement features and fixes for **backend services** (Node.js, Python) under the guidance of senior engineers. - Develop and maintain responsive **frontend** components in **React**, ensuring a clean, user-friendly design. 2. **GenAI Integration (Foundational Level)** - Assist with integrating **LLM-based** services, chatbots, or agentic workflows. - Participate in **prompt engineering** experimentation and feature prototyping (under mentorship). 3. **Collaboration & Team Support** - Work cross-functionally with UI/UX designers and QA to ensure smooth **end-to-end** feature delivery. - Contribute to **code reviews**, product discussions, and brainstorming sessions. 4. **Testing & Quality Assurance** - Write **unit** and **integration tests** (Jest, PyTest, Cypress, etc.) to ensure code reliability. - Collaborate with QA to **debug** and **fix** issues promptly. 5. **Continuous Learning & Improvement** - Stay updated on **new frameworks** and **AI** capabilities relevant to the HRMS platform. - Seek feedback from senior engineers and be open to **on-the-job** learning experiences. ### **Required Qualifications** - **2–3 years** of experience in **full stack** or **web development** (Node.js / Python + React/Vue/Angular). - Basic understanding of **REST** or **GraphQL** APIs and how they integrate with frontend applications. - Familiarity with **containerization** (Docker) and a willingness to learn about CI/CD and cloud deployment. - Some exposure to **AI/ML** libraries or **Generative AI** (e.g., GPT APIs, Hugging Face), even if via personal projects or coursework. - Good knowledge of **SQL** (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic data modeling. - Eagerness to learn about **DevOps** practices, **microservices**, and advanced AI use cases. ### **Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills** - Experience with **frontend frameworks** such as **Next.js** or SSR setups. - Interest or background in **HR workflows** (onboarding, performance reviews). - Familiarity with version control best practices (Git, GitFlow) and agile methodologies. ### **What We Offer** - A **collaborative environment** where junior developers can rapidly expand their skills. - Mentorship by **senior engineers** and AI experts experienced in cutting-edge GenAI solutions. - Competitive **compensation** and potential for **stock options** in a high-growth startup. - **Flexible work hours** and learning budget to attend relevant conferences or courses. --- ## How to Apply Interested candidates for either role can submit their **CV/resume** and a brief note on **relevant AI or HR tech projects** they’ve worked on.
