Position Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python (Django) and a focus on building websites and web applications . You should be able to work across the front-end and back-end stack with the flexibility to collaborate across industries. Key Responsibilities as a Junior Full Stack Developer: As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using Python (Django) as the core backend technology. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Build user-friendly front ends with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Enhance interactivity using React.js or jQuery As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Assist in building mobile applications using Flutter or React Native (bonus, not mandatory). As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Manage REST APIs, third-party integrations, and external plugin configurations. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Handle server-side deployment and hosting setups—Asianet preferred, AWS/shared hosting . As a Junior Full Stack Developer , Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes into interactive applications. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Offer basic design support (resizing, cropping, asset prep) for marketing or frontend purposes. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Write clean, modular code and maintain internal documentation for every project. As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Ensure SEO-friendly structure and digital marketing compatibility (tracking, pixels, analytics). As a Junior Full Stack Developer ,Troubleshoot and debug cross-platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and responsive challenges. A proactive Junior Full Stack Developer eager to grow in a fast-moving, real-world tech environment. Junior Full Stack Developer ,Comfortable working across hospitality, healthcare, and other service-focused industries. Junior Full Stack Developer is capable of independently managing tasks while collaborating closely with design, marketing, and product teams. Junior Full Stack Developer ,who is Interested in taking ownership of projects, exploring new tools, and staying current with industry trends. Core Requirements: Solid experience in Python (Django) – this is non-negotiable. Front-end proficiency: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React.js, jQuery. Understanding of relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Familiarity with cloud platforms and Git-based version control. Knowledge of booking engines, CRM/CMS systems, or OTA integrations is a plus. Exposure to UI/UX design is a valuable add-on but not mandatory. Mobile app development experience is a preferred bonus , not a core requirement. Experience optimizing high-traffic web applications. Understanding of digital marketing tools (analytics, pixel tracking, SEO setup). Open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating passion. A clear desire to stay long-term and grow with the company.
