Role Overview: As a Career Counselor , you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students and professionals. Your role is to inspire, guide, and convert leads into successful learners by helping them choose the right program based on their goals and interests. If you're a people-person with a flair for communication and a genuine interest in career development, this is your perfect role. Key Responsibilities: Consult and advise students about our top-tier programs (Cisco, AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity, etc.) Identify student goals and recommend suitable training paths Explain program benefits, structure, placement support, and career outcomes in a clear and inspiring manner Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with confidence and professionalism Maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions using CRM tools Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience Meet counseling and conversion targets consistently Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education, IT, Business preferred) Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written Energetic, approachable, and persuasive personality Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with basic tech tools (CRM, MS Excel, etc.) What We Offer: A vibrant and professional work environment In-depth training on IT career paths and technical programs Performance-based incentives and rewards Opportunity to grow into managerial or academic roles Be a part of India's leading institute for networking and cybersecurity
