This role is ideal for passionate individuals who enjoy interacting with students and helping them shape their careers in the IT industry.As a Student Counsellor, you will:Proactively call prospective students and counsel them about training programs like CCNA, CCNP, AWS, Cybersecurity, and more. Understand student needs and recommend the right course to help achieve their goals. Convert leads into enrollments by confidently explaining the value and benefits of our offerings. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to meet monthly sales targets.
