We’re looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to help us identify and bring in the best tech talent to support our expanding projects and teams. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Acquisition As a IT Recruiter Understand job requirements for various IT and technical roles in coordination with the technical team. As a IT Recruiter Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. As a IT Recruiter Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and recruitment agencies. Screening & Shortlisting As a IT Recruiter Conduct telephonic or virtual screening to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit. As a IT Recruiter Evaluate resumes, technical skills, experience, and alignment with company requirements. As a IT Recruiter Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and feedback. Interview Coordination & Follow-up As a IT Recruiter Schedule and manage interview rounds with internal team members and candidates. As a IT Recruiter Ensure timely communication with candidates about their interview status and next steps. As a IT Recruiter Handle negotiations regarding salary expectations, notice periods, and joining dates. Documentation & Onboarding As a IT Recruiter Collect pre-joining documents and coordinate background verification where necessary. As a IT Recruiter Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires in coordination with HR and project teams. Recruitment Tracking & Reporting As a IT Recruiter Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. As a IT Recruiter Provide regular updates to the HR Manager and leadership team regarding hiring progress. Collaboration & Employer Branding As a IT Recruiter Work closely with project managers and tech leads to understand changing hiring needs. As a IT Recruiter Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications As a IT Recruiter must have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. As a IT Recruiter must haveMinimum 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a tech or startup environment. As a IT Recruiter must have Good understanding of technical job roles, tools, and programming languages. As a IT Recruiter must haveStrong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. As a IT Recruiter must haveFamiliarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job portals, and social media recruitment.
