JD- Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT C2H positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles. Source candidates using various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams. Negotiate C2H contract terms, compensation, and joining dates with candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future C2H openings. Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure a smooth transition from C2H to full-time conversion in collaboration with HR and business units. Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in the IT recruitment domain.
