Position Overview** We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Developer** to join our emerging startup focused on building a cutting-edge, multi-agentic AI-driven HRMS. In this role, you will **own end-to-end development**—from architecting scalable backend services and integrating AI agents, to building intuitive frontend interfaces. Your experience with **Generative AI** and modern cloud-based microservices will be central to bringing our product vision to life. ### **Key Responsibilities** 1. **End-to-End Development** - Architect and implement backend microservices using **Node.js**, **Python (FastAPI/Django)**, or a similar stack. - Build and maintain **frontend** applications in **React** (or Vue/Angular if relevant), ensuring seamless user experiences. 2. **AI/GenAI Integration** - Integrate **LLM-based** or **GenAI** services (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) into the HRMS platform. - Implement **agentic workflows** for automating HR tasks (onboarding, policy queries, performance management). - Collaborate on **prompt engineering**, vector database integration (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus), and retrieval-augmented generation. 3. **Microservices & Cloud Architecture** - Design scalable and secure APIs (REST/GraphQL) with robust **RBAC** for sensitive HR data. - Manage deployments on **AWS/Azure/GCP** using container orchestration (**Kubernetes**, Docker). - Implement **CI/CD** pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi). 4. **Security & Compliance** - Ensure **data privacy** (GDPR, etc.) and implement best practices for encryption, access control, and audit logging. - Establish monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch). 5. **Technical Leadership** - Act as a **thought leader** and mentor for junior developers in code reviews, design sessions, and best practices. - Collaborate with the **Product Manager** and **UI/UX Designer** to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. ### **Required Qualifications** - **4–5 years** of full stack development experience, ideally in **JavaScript/TypeScript** (Node, React) or **Python + React**. - Proven track record of building **scalable microservices** and well-structured REST or GraphQL APIs. - Hands-on experience with **DevOps** processes (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and **cloud environments** (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with **Generative AI** frameworks and LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.). - Solid understanding of **database technologies** (PostgreSQL/MySQL and possibly NoSQL). - Strong knowledge of **security** best practices, including RBAC and data protection. - Excellent **communication** and **collaboration** skills; ability to mentor junior team members. ### **Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills** - Exposure to **HR Tech** or prior experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, or performance management tools. - Familiarity with **prompt engineering** or building advanced chatbots. - Experience with **vector databases** (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) or advanced search engines (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch). ### **Why Join Us** - Opportunity to **shape a next-generation AI product** in the HR domain. - Work with a **small, cross-functional** team where your contributions have a direct impact. - Competitive **salary** and **equity options** in a high-growth startup. - Flexible **remote** or **hybrid** work culture.
