Junior Full Stack Developer

As a Junior Full Stack Developer at Atyantik Technologies in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, you will have the exciting opportunity to kickstart your professional journey by building web applications using modern JavaScript tools. In this role, you will work on real projects within a supportive, team-driven environment, collaborating with experienced developers in an Agile setup. You'll be exposed to a variety of technologies including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and have the chance to learn and work with other tools like Vue.js, Angular, Svelte, Nest.js, and Next.js. Additionally, you will gain experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, honing your skills in web development. We are looking for final semester students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields who have a keen interest in web development. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working on academic or internship projects using the MERN stack, along with a curious and self-motivated attitude towards learning and growth. Please note that this role includes a 6-month training period, with a full-time opportunity offered based on your performance during this training. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications, working on both front-end and back-end technologies, managing databases, developing APIs, writing clean and organized code, collaborating with the team, and continuously learning and improving your skills. In terms of technical skills, you should have a basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, familiarity with React.js and Node.js, knowledge of REST APIs and databases, and Git knowledge is a plus. Soft skills such as good communication, teamwork, a strong desire to learn and improve, positive attitude, and willingness to accept feedback are also important for success in this role. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to complete tasks on time with good quality, willingness to learn and improve, active participation in meetings and team activities, writing clean code, and maintaining basic documentation. You will be working in an on-site role at our Vadodara office, where you will receive hands-on support from mentors and be part of a learning culture that offers structured onboarding, training sessions, and live project exposure.
