Junior Financial Analyst

As a Junior Financial Analyst at eJyothi Services, a subsidiary of U.S. based company Aptin LLC, you will be responsible for providing Financial & Accounting support services for our U.S. clients. Your role will involve the following: **Role Overview:** You will handle day-to-day accounting duties and maintain accounting systems, primarily using QuickBooks. Additionally, you will manage Accounts Receivable processes, conduct monthly bank reconciliations, support in cashflow forecasting, prepare ad-hoc reports, update finance/accounting artifacts, and provide administrative support functions for the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Accounts Receivable processes including invoice generation, receipt reconciliation, receipts accounting, and reporting of aged receivables - Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure consistency across internal ledgers and bank records - Support in cashflow forecasting, financial planning & forecasting, and variance analysis - Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs - Update and maintain finance/accounting artifacts on SharePoint and other systems - Prepare and maintain Monthly Status Reports or Yearly financial related reports - Perform administrative support functions for the team **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge in Accounting and Financial management processes - Strong Quantitative, Financial, and Analytical skills - Attention to detail and zero tolerance attitude for errors - Experience with computerized accounting packages, preferably QuickBooks - Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Web-based applications - Good English communication skills (verbal and written) If you possess a graduate or post-graduate degree with a finance/accounting background and have 2-5 years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply for this position located in Ravipuram, Kochi.,
