Job Title: Junior Fashion Designer

Location: Work from office

Reports To: Creative head

Location: Virwani Industrial Estate, Goregaon East.

Office Timings- 10:00 am to 06:00 pm

Salary - up to 25000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team. The Ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, an eye for emerging trends, and the ability to translate creative concepts into innovative, market- ready designs, you will support the senior design team in developing seasonal collections, from initial concept through to final samples.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings (using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar software).
• Support the development of mood boards, concept presentations, and line sheets.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample rooms, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and update design flies, sheet and sample libraries.
• Participate in fittings, providing feedback on garment construction and fit.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and lookbooks for internal reviews and buyer meetings.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and track samples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in fashion design
• Strong illustration and technical drawing skills (hand or digital).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, color theory and production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
