Junior Fashion Designer

As a Junior Fashion Designer at Cotton Monk, you will be an integral part of the team involved in designing and manufacturing garments for global fashion brands. Your role will focus on turning creativity into real products that are seen across the world. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced export setup where you can grow and showcase your talent. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in concept development & trend research - Create design sketches and tech packs - Collaborate with sampling & merchandising teams - Coordinate fabrics, trims, and buyer samples - Learn the process of how real design meets production Qualifications Required: - Fashion design graduate/diploma holder - Passion for fabric, color, and construction - Knowledge of Illustrator / Photoshop / CLO 3D - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply If you are eager to learn and progress in a professional export environment, we are excited to meet you.
