Junior Fashion Designer

Junior Designer / Product Development Associate

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development of new product concepts and collections
• Creating sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs
• Researching trends, materials, and market insights
• Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to manage samples and production timelines
• Supporting quality checks and product improvements
• Preparing presentations and visual materials for internal and client use
• Tracking samples, fittings, and production timelines
• 🤝 Collaborating with the team on creative direction, branding, and launches

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or background in 

  Fashion Design, Product Development, or Textile Design

• 2 years of experience

   
• Strong Illustrator, Photoshop, and design visualization skills
• Great eye for color, fit, and detail
• Understanding of garment construction and materials
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — we love creative problem-solvers who take initiative
• A team player with a keen eye for aesthetics and emerging trends
