Junior Executive (Warehouse)

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.
• Implement and monitor FIFO / LIFO processes to ensure material traceability and stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification to avoid discrepancies.
  

Inbound Operations

• Coordinate receipt of raw materials and finished goods.
• Verify material against PO, invoice, and delivery challans.
• Ensure proper GRN posting in SAP.
  

Outbound Operations

• Plan and execute dispatches as per production and customer schedules.
• Ensure correct picking, packing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
  

Line Feeding & Production Support

• Ensure timely line feeding of materials to support uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to manage material requirements.
• Monitor material consumption and return excess material to stores.
  

Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  

Team Coordination

• Supervise warehouse staff and contract manpower.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Train team members on SAP usage, inventory processes, and safety practices.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM / WM preferred)
• Practical understanding of FIFO, LIFO, Inventory Control
• Experience in Line Feeding, Inbound & Outbound Logistics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
