Junior Executive Trainee - Barcoding

You will be taking on the role of a Junior Executive Trainee - Barcoding at Malabar Gold & Diamonds. Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire process of Barcoding and Metal Delivery in collaboration with the Factory, vendors, and OMS Team. This includes verifying important details such as Net weight, Gross weight, making charge, Stone charge, Stone weight, etc., to generate barcodes for products. It will be crucial for you to have a clear understanding of the product hierarchy within the company to accurately prepare barcodes. Your duties will also involve efficiently processing the receipt and delivery of ornaments to the stores based on Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and precise transactions. You will be required to submit stock tally reports to the Accounts Department for proper accounting. Additionally, maintaining buffer stock of products and recommending actions for damaged inventory will be part of your responsibilities. As the centralized barcoding specialist, it will be your task to ensure that all product codes align with the company's guidelines. You must adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times while executing these activities. Your work will fall under the Administration functional area, and the job location is Mumbai SCM in Maharashtra, India. The educational qualification required for this position is GRADUATION, and the ideal candidate should be around 25 years old with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
