Job Description

Role Overview: The future of clean energy is in your hands as a Stores Junior Executive at Siemens. Your role involves ensuring the smooth flow of processes by managing material receipt and issuing, updating transactions in SAP/WMS software, coordinating with production teams, conducting physical inventory, maintaining warehouse locations, and implementing best practices to meet production targets. Your responsibilities also include handling a team, maintaining orderliness, cleanliness, safety standards, and relevant certifications within your function. Key Responsibilities: - Receipt and issuance of material to the shop floor in kits as per production plan - Updating daily material transactions in SAP/WMS software - Coordinating with production and production planning team for effective material feeding - Conducting physical inventory as per predefined cycle - Maintaining stores/warehouse locations - Ensuring effective inventory control to meet production targets - Handling a team and implementing best working practices - Maintaining orderliness, cleanliness, 5S, safety standards during store operations - Implementing applicable ISO, EMS, OHSAS within your function Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with all subjects passed in the first attempt - 3-7 years of experience in Stores Management with the handling of a high volume of materials daily - Good working knowledge of SAP/MS Office/Warehouse Management software About the Company: Siemens is a global company comprising over 370,000 individuals dedicated to building the future.
