Urgent Opening for the position of Junior Executive - Legal

Qualification - LLB / LLM

Location - Salt Lake, Kolkata

Company - Real Estate Industry

Experience - Upto 2 years in Real Estate & Civil matters

Salary - upto 17000/- (based on experience)

Drafting MOM, Agreements, Purchase & Sale DeedGenerate Query from online siteKnowledge of RERA ActKnowledge of WB Land Act

Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have working knowledge and experience regarding Registration, visit in Registry Office and query generate in portal.
• Must be able to clear all legal queries of our buyer.
• Candidates should have experience in all types of real estate related advice and transactions.
• Candidates must have reading & writing knowledge of English & Bengali. Also Good communication and negotiation skills required
• Candidates must have knowledge of WBRERA ACT.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
