Junior Engineer - Technical Sales & Support

• Independently handle product demos, training sessions, and customer engagements.


• Drive technical sales support - responding to enquiries, preparing offers, coordinating with sales teams.


• Work closely with R&D for feature validation, product testing, and customer-requested enhancements.


• Support sensor calibration and deployments.


• Provide inputs for technical documentation and support creation of marketing materials.


• Establish and grow long-term customer relationships.


• Mentor Graduate Engineer Trainees in the team.

Skills & Attributes

• Prior exposure to customer-facing technical roles (e.g., sales support, product specialist, application engineer).


• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.


• Hands-on mindset with ability to manage testing, troubleshooting, and fieldwork.


• Interest in vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, or industrial IoT.


• Willingness to travel frequently.
