Junior Engineer - Quality Assurance

Job Description:

Should have B.E. or Diploma with 5 years of minimum experience in Quality Assurance department.

1. Overall responsible for Receiving Inspection, In-process inspection, Final Inspection, Supplier Quality

2. Direct responsible for handling customer complaints and responding to customer with proper CAPA after discussing with the CFT

3. Ensuring proper containment action taken at all stages to ensure defect free supplies to customer

4. Ensuring the effectiveness of the implemented CAPA

5. Responsible for uploading the CAPA in the customer Portal as per Customer Specific requirements

6. Responsible for reviewing the customer scorecard and ensure proper actions are posted in the customer portal for any kind of NC’s

7. Responsible for handling Customer Audits, 3rd party audits, Internal audits, Process audits, Product audits, Dock audits, Layout Audits as per the plan.

8. Responsible for reviewing the daily quality issues (Rejections/Reworks) and initiating CAPA to prevent the recurrence

9. Responsible for control of Non conforming products/ Process and to record, initiate corrections, verify the effectiveness of implementation.

10. Must have hands on experience in welding process (MIG welding), Forming Process and CNC machining process

11. Overall responsible for conducting Process capability studies (Initial Process capability studies-Ppk, Ongoing Process capability studies-Cpk)

12. Initiating actions when the process is not capable or going out of control limits

13. Overall responsible for Standards room, Calibration, Conducting Gauge R&R studies

14. Involving in the NPD and ensuring FTT by initiating actions for the TGW of the previous projects.

15. Ensuring the adherence of IATF 16949 requirements and ISO 14001 requirements

16. Responsible for presenting the QMS measurable during Management review meetings
