As a Junior Engineer in Quality Assurance at our Auto Component Manufacturing company, you will be responsible for leading our Quality Department with a focus on aluminum die casting and machining processes, specifically in the production of pistons and piston rings. Key responsibilities include: - Utilizing and maintaining measuring instruments such as Height Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Roughness tester, Air Bore Gauge, etc. - Conducting thorough quality inspections to guarantee the accuracy and precision of our products. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues in the manufacturing process. - Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
