Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Understand customer wants and needs for customer requirement from TAT form 2. Conceptualize the hydraulic cylinder design and make 3D model of parts and assembly using SolidWorks 3. Undertake design analytical using design calculator and record acceptable design margins 4. Prepare Cylinder parts Manufacturing drawing and Assembly GA with Mfg BOM release 5. Prepare Engineering Change Note and relevant design documents revisions 6. Co-ordinate with CFT for Manufacturing related clarifications and give clarity and update documents 7. Organize design release meeting with CFT and record feedbacks with due implementation of the same 8. Upkeep ISO records for Engineering for the projects handled and upkeep project folder 5S Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: · Minimum Engineering Graduation with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Hydraulic Cylinder Design · Must have basic Hydraulic Cylinder manufacturing knowledge · Conversant in 3D modelling software usage of all available functionality of Solidworks Premium license · Conversant with Hydraulic Cylinder Parts Manufacturing, Assembly and Testing procedures · Conversant in Cylinder design and GD&T, material and Seal Selection · Project Management experience Physical Requirements: · Attention to Details · Customer Focused · Problem Solving Skills · Good in Communication in Oral and Written · Passion in Creativity and Analytical Skills · Language Preferred: English, Hindi, Kannada
