Junior Engineer

As an Electrical Technician in this role, your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, carrying out electrical works, and coordinating with both senior and junior technicians. Reporting to the Site Incharge/Block lead, your main tasks will involve coordinating, scheduling, executing, and reporting activities. Additionally, you will be performing various electrical works such as installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and effectively managing the team of technicians. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site visits and perform electrical works - Coordinate with senior and junior technicians - Schedule, execute, and report activities - Manage a team of technicians effectively To qualify for this position, you should have: - Diploma/B.E in ECE or EEE - 2-3 years of experience for B.E candidates, 3-4 years for Diploma candidates - Experience in both AC & DC applications - Proficiency in using smart phones and mobile applications - Knowledge in handling AC & DC equipment - Hands-on experience in solar PV plants - Ability to resolve communication issues in solar PV plants - Expertise in handling measurement devices and telecommunications systems - Effective technical and communication skills - Resource management skills If you meet the required qualifications and possess the necessary skills, this position offers you an opportunity to apply your expertise in electrical works and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
