Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer / Engineer – QAD to join our team at our Hassan location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality processes, performing audits, and supporting production with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in production flag-off activities
• Approve set-ups and ensure process compliance
• Conduct in-process quality audits (IPQR)
• Review and update PFMEA documents
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Handle defect and discrepant material disposition
• Manage NPD (New Product Development) part quality processes

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering
• 3 years of experience in QAD or related quality roles
• Good understanding of PFMEA, root cause analysis, and audits
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Gender Preference: Male (as per job requirement)
