What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and deploy impactful email marketing campaigns on platforms including SendGrid, Mailchimp, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Transform creative assets (PSD, Sketch, or Figma) into beautiful, mobile-ready HTML emails using the latest development standards.
  • Take ownership of the QA process, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering and seamless performance across email clients and devices.
  • Integrate advanced email featurespersonalization, dynamic content, and A/B testingto boost campaign engagement and effectiveness.
  • Uphold compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and champion accessibility best practices.
  • Dive into campaign analytics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates), translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay plugged into the latest email trends, tech tools, and strategies to optimize deliverability and user engagement.
  • Document your workflows, help maintain code repositories, and actively contribute to team learning and process refinement.

What You Will Bring

  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in HTML email development, with strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Proven ability to craft cross-client compatible, mobile-optimized email templates.
  • Meticulous attention to copy, code, and detail.
  • Experience with email testing platforms (such as Litmus, Email on Acid, Testi@) for previews and quality assurance.
  • Working knowledge of privacy, anti-spam regulations, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with DCM, Crossix, or DoubleVerify (DV) tags is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude for learning and mastering new tools and tech in email marketing.
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability factors and sender reputation management.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization, paired with excellent communication abilities.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a supportive team.
  • Detail-oriented, with solid time management and problem-solving process.
