1. Act as a communication link between project managers, site engineers, procurement, design, and clients. 2. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for material deliveries and documentation 3. Maintain material tracking sheets and stock registers 4. Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for MEP coordination at the site 5. Monitor site execution per electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. 6. Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules. 7. Supervise and manage supervisor and site labor teams. 8. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project managers. 9. Assist in documentation for inspections, approvals, and audits. 10. Support in preparing running bills and final billing.
