Job Title: Junior Engineer – Liaisoning & Maintenance

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra (In-office, Full-time)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Engineer (Diploma – Electrical) to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh diploma graduates who are eager to build a career in liaisoning and electrical maintenance projects. The role involves supporting our field liaisoning coordinators, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with DISCOM offices, and assisting with maintenance activities for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with field liaisoning coordinators for handling liaisoning work with MSEDCL, Tata Power, Adani, and BEST.
• Prepare, compile, and maintain all necessary documents required for the liaisoning procedures.
• Visit DISCOM offices whenever needed to submit documents or follow up on approvals.
• Understand and stay updated with the latest MSEDCL policies, guidelines, and circulars, especially related to solar net metering.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the liaisoning department.
• Support basic electrical maintenance work and assist in maintenance projects as assigned.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Basic working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (fuel expenses will be reimbursed).
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits or DISCOM-related work.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, from the office.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
