Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize

  SEO strategies

  to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
  
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring SEO considerations are integrated.
  
• Manage social media posts, track engagement, and maintain brand tone and consistency.
  
• Support

  lead generation

  effortssetting up campaigns, coordinating landing pages, monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with the

  sales team

  to provide marketing-driven insights, help in following up with leads, and assist in converting leads into clients.
• Work with design and development teams to ensure websites/pages are optimized for speed, usability, mobile performance, structured data, meta tags, etc.
  
• Monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and generate reports on traffic, rankings, conversion, and SEO progress.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO roles (internship or hands-on experience is acceptable).
  
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) is a plus.
  
• Basic knowledge of social media, online advertising, Google Looker Studio, and content marketing.
  
• Ability to collaborate with sales, design, and development teams.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
