Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve better ROI and lead generation results.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars and brand presence across platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance analysis.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage and grow company website traffic through effective SEO and content strategies.
• Analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
