POSITION DETAILS

Position Title:  Junior Designer(Office Space)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

* B.Arch. / bachelor's in interior design
* 3+ years of professional design experience* Have experience on interior projects in the residential space, hospitality sector, and workspace design* Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator or other design programs

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities: 

* Undertake a design project from concept to completion
* Understand clients' needs and develop design concepts in consultation with the client and establish final briefs* The design process involves creating mood boards, furniture layouts, design development, reviewing drawings, site coordination, and staging of a project* Responsible for selection of material palette and furniture considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget* Work with 3D designers to create visuals for the clients* Document and convey design solutions to the design and construction team to ensure proper execution* Coordinate and collaborate with the teams across sales, procurement and construction to ensure the successful delivery of projects, from design through opening and closeout phases
