Junior Data PMO

As a Junior PMO Resource (Data & Metrics) supporting K-12 accounts at LearningMate, your role involves collaborating closely to manage and analyze project data, track performance metrics, and produce analytical reports. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and enhancing learning programs tailored to unique needs within the K12 vertical. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect and consolidate data from various project teams and systems to accurately track project performance and health. - Maintain and update project data repositories, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Assist in creating and managing PMO databases for effective project tracking. - Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and best practices, aligning with accreditation standards. - Support the development, maintenance, and automation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics. - Generate regular reports on project performance, including status updates, risk/issue tracking, and other relevant metrics. - Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable format for senior management and stakeholders. - Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of concern. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support project decision-making and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - 2-3 years of experience in a project management office, project coordination, or data analysis role, preferably within the K12 sector. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus. - Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data efficiently. - Google Sheets and Python programming certification required.,
