Junior Data Operations Executive

As a Junior Data Operations Executive at our company, your role will involve managing and processing operational data from multiple sources. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating reports and dashboards using Excel, identifying data discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry and reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for data requirements, preparing periodic reports and summaries, and optimizing data processes will also be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and process operational data from multiple sources. - Maintain and update reports/dashboards using Excel. - Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data requirements and updates. - Prepare periodic reports and summaries for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in data operations or a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
