Junior Data Analyst Associate

As a Junior Data Analyst Associate for the PMC Elections 2025 project in Pune, your primary responsibility is to handle and ensure the accuracy of large-scale political and voter data. This involves cleaning and validating the data to present actionable insights through visual dashboards. Your role requires a strong understanding of political dynamics and data interpretation. - Collect, clean, and validate datasets related to voter behavior, booth-level trends, and campaign outreach. - Analyze data to identify patterns, outliers, and correlations relevant to the PMC election. - Create visual reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Collaborate with political consultants and field teams to translate insights into campaign strategies. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly. - Present findings clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders. - Fluent in Marathi. - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Political Science, or a related field. - Previous experience in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization. - Proficiency in Excel, with optional skills in Python/R and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau. - Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Immediate availability and commitment to project timelines.,
