The role involves providing hands-on training on the acquisition of Echo Studies to Doctors (Radiologist/Sonologist) or Echocardiographers on their premises. Additionally, you will be responsible for the technical validation of Echo machines and supporting the sales team in customer onboarding. Regularly reviewing the quality of images and videos sent by customers for reporting services is also part of the responsibilities. Furthermore, you will offer remote clinical support and training on Echo imaging to customers with inadequate acquisition quality for remote reporting services. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Cardiac technology with Echocardiography as the main subject or a Diploma in Non-Invasive Cardiology from a reputed institute or university. Proficiency in 2D, M-Mode, PW & CW Doppler, Color flow Imaging, Tissue Doppler imaging, and Strain/ Strain-Rate imaging is essential. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Network/DICOM Configuration are required. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with expertise in cardiac imaging is necessary. The role involves extensive travel within and outside the specified geographic region with overnight stays as per business requirements. Desired characteristics include strong presentation and interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages. Job Summary: As a certified service advisor you are the face of dealership and play a crucial role in defining customer service experience. You are responsible for generating revenue for dealership by offering right services as per the requirement and ensure the customer satisfaction by fulfillment of their requirements. You confirm the readiness of car after visual inspection and inform customer about delivery time. 10. You perform handover process by clear explanation of invoice to customers and ensure the satisfaction through instant feedback. 11. You call customers after 3 days of vehicle delivery to know the post service feedback. 12. You have thorough knowledge of systems like eDealer, Digital Service Drive and Xentry Portal.
