Junior Data Analyst Associate

You are a Junior Data Analyst Associate joining an immediate project for PMC Elections 2025 in Pune. Your role involves handling and ensuring accuracy of large-scale political and voter data through cleaning and validation. You will present actionable insights via visual dashboards, requiring a strong understanding of political dynamics and data interpretation. Your responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets on voter behavior, booth-level trends, and campaign outreach. Analyzing data to identify patterns, outliers, and correlations relevant to the PMC election. Creating visual reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Collaborating with political consultants and field teams to convert insights into campaign strategies. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data responsibly. Presenting findings clearly and concisely for internal stakeholders. You must be fluent in Marathi and hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Political Science, or related field. Previous experience in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization is required. Proficiency in Excel, optional Python/R, and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau is essential.
