Junior Data Analyst

You will be responsible for supporting the analytics team in collecting, processing, and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making. This role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn data analysis tools and techniques while contributing to ongoing projects. - Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. - Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. - Support and prepare summary reports for management review. - Collaborate with senior analysts to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking systems. - Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and documentation across projects. - Participate in data quality audits and support automation of repetitive reporting tasks. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an added advantage. - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Ability to communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations. - Eagerness to learn and grow within a data-focused environment.
