Role Overview:
As a Junior Copywriter, you will play a key role in crafting compelling, engaging, and impactful content for various clients. You will work closely with senior copywriters, designers, and account managers to bring ideas to life through words. You will have the opportunity to rene your skills while contributing to projects that span across banking, nance, beauty, arts and more.Objectives of this role:Develop high-quality written content across different formats, including social media posts, blog articles, emails, website copy, and more.Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure the content aligns with the overall strategy and brand voice.Maintain brand consistency while adapting the tone of voice to suit the specic needs of each client.Ensure that all content meets the highest standards of clarity, quality, and impact.Main Pillars of Role:Content Creation:Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various deliverables, including social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and more.Adapt your writing style to different industries and clients while keeping content relevant and engaging.Collaboration:Work closely with designers, account managers, and copywriters to ensure seamless content creation and alignment with the campaign goals.Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives.Quality Assurance:Proofread and edit your own work and others to ensure it meets high standards of grammar, clarity, and style.Make sure all content is error-free and adheres to client guidelines and industry best practices.Adaptability:Be exible in adapting to changes in project scope, client requirements, and deadlines.Learn quickly and apply feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of your work.Expectations:Deliver quality content within deadlines and ensure the work is aligned with the clients objectives and brand strategy.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative writing techniques where applicable.Communicate openly with the team about progress, challenges, and any roadblocks that arise.Qualiffications & Requirements:0-1 year of professional copywriting experience (not inclusive of freelance and/or internships)A portfolio of work showcasing your ability to write across various mediums and industriesBachelors degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related disciplineStrong writing and research skillsA keen understanding of different writing styles, tone of voice, and brand guidelinesProciency in Microsoft Ofce, Google Suite and familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
