Junior Civil Engineer

As a Junior Engineer - Estimation at Thalikkunnil Group in Kowdiar, Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating office activities for engineering projects. With 21 years of distinguished presence in retail, distribution, engineering, and interiors, our Engineering Division is a recognised leader in South Kerala, delivering specialised solutions in construction, structural rehabilitation, epoxy flooring, grouting, and waterproofing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for on-site work updates. - Preparation of estimates, rate analysis, material reconciliation, etc. - Assist in material planning and resource management at the site. - Provide regular updates to project managers and management. **Candidate Profile:** - Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering. - 15 years of experience in estimation / billing / rate analysis. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks.
