Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manpower Handling Efficiently manage and allocate workforce resources to meet operational goals. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards. Facilitate training, motivation, and performance evaluation of employees to enhance team effectiveness. 2. Material Forecasting Accurately project material requirements based on production schedules and historical data. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Minimize waste and reduce costs through efficient inventory management and demand planning. 3. Quality Control Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to improve product consistency and reduce defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
