Process Subcontractor Bills: Prepare and process bills for subcontractors. 3. Verify Measurements: Conduct on-site verification of measurements and rates. 4. Certify Bills: Check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors. 5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all financial transactions and project progress. 6.
