About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise day-to-day operations and construction activities 2. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols 3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design 4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow 5. Serve as the point of contact for any on-site issues and communicate updates to the project manager 6. Provide technical guidance to the workforce and resolve technical issues promptly 7. Interpret construction drawings and designs to the on-site team 8. Track project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports 9. Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions 10. Ensure optimal utilization of materials, tools, and equipment 11. Monitor inventory and coordinate material procurement as needed 12. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment 13. Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly Qualifications: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field 2. Have 2+ years of experience in site supervision or construction management 3. Possess a strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards 4. Be proficient in project management tools and software Skills and Competencies: 1. Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills 2. Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal abilities 3. Maintain attention to detail and problem-solving skills 4. Show ability to handle site challenges and make quick decisions Work Conditions: 1. Perform field-based role requiring flexibility in working hours 2.
