Job Description

Junior Engineer Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the
execution and supervision
of civil works at the project site.
Support daily site activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
Coordinate with Mivan shuttering teams to ensure proper alignment and timely progress.
Read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Ensure that construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Conduct daily site inspections and report discrepancies to senior engineers.
Maintain records such as DPR (Daily Progress Reports), material consumption, and work checklists.
Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and labor teams for daily work planning.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best construction practices at the site.
Support quality control and ensure timely completion of tasks as per the project schedule.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience in
high-rise building projects
is mandatory.
Hands-on exposure to
Mivan shuttering works
is required.
Candidates with
contractor-side experience
will be preferred.
Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and site execution processes.
Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions accurately.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn and grow.
