Junior child Psychologist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the design and execution of research projects focused on developmental psychology.
• Assist in data collection by conducting assessments with children during sessions and reviewing collected data.
• Create concise reports, summaries, and presentations to effectively share research outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and ensure complete confidentiality at all times.
• Join and actively participate in relevant workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences.
• Engage in regular check-ins, supervision, and feedback sessions with assigned mentors.
• Show initiative by deepening knowledge and actively sharing ideas during team discussions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology or an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling.
• Excellent spoken communication skills with the ability to engage in structured debate.
• Previous experience working with children will be considered an added advantage.
