Job Description

You will be joining our kitchen team as a Junior Chef, where your dedication and passion for cooking will be valued. You should have a basic understanding of cooking techniques and a strong desire to enhance your culinary skills under the mentorship of experienced chefs. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and cooking of daily meals, adhering to recipes, and upholding kitchen cleanliness standards. You will collaborate with senior chefs on prep work, kitchen tasks, cleaning, and organization. Ensuring proper food storage and handling practices will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should possess basic cooking knowledge, preferably in South Indian cuisine. While a minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience is preferred, a positive attitude, discipline, and eagerness to learn are essential qualities we seek. You must be open to staying on-site as accommodation and meals will be provided. This full-time position is located in Thamarassery, Kozhikode, and requires your physical presence in the workplace. If you are someone who can work well under supervision, follow instructions diligently, and contribute effectively to our kitchen team, we look forward to having you on board.,
