Junior Business Development Executive in Delhi

The junior business development executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth in the digital marketing sector. The primary responsibility is to make a high volume of outbound sales calls- approximately 100 per day- to prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and achieve set revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and existing clients, introducing digital marketing services and solutions.
• Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients within the digital marketing arena.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, pipeline status, and outcomes within CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue generation targets.
• Explain digital marketing products and services (such as SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising) clearly and persuasively.
• Build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on call activity and lead status to the manager.
• Continuously update knowledge of digital marketing trends to address client needs and stay ahead of industry developments.
