Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Deogarh. The person in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. The Junior Business Development Executive will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing the business and meeting the company's goals.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong understanding of Business concepts and practices
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the home design or furnishing industry is a plus
