Junior Associate

As a Junior Associate at TransPerfect, your primary responsibility will be evaluating and interpreting electronic documents for relevancy and privilege on document review projects. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in ensuring the success of high-profile clients and complex cases. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Performing first-line reviews for relevancy and privilege - Grasping complex subject matters effectively - Ensuring jobs are completed according to client and industry standards, meeting specifications and deadlines - Identifying key documents, logging them in the review tool, and communicating effectively with the Team Lead - Focusing on accuracy and a "first-time right" approach to prevent rework - Undertaking any other special tasks or duties as required To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Knowledge of MS Excel - Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends - Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong team player with a focus on creating a positive team environment - Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to have the following experience and qualifications: - Bachelor's of Law (LL.B) degree - Understanding of eDiscovery and Document Review Projects - 0-1 years of eDiscovery experience - Proficiency in oral and written communication TransPerfect values its people above all else and offers a unique and rewarding work environment across its 100+ offices.
