Junior Associate Business Support

The main purpose of this role is to proactively generate qualified sales leads through cold calling and engage with potential clients in international markets (UK/AUS/US). Your responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls, effectively pitching IT services and solutions, converting cold leads into potential opportunities, maintaining records of contacts and appointments, and collaborating with internal teams to drive lead conversion and revenue growth. You will be expected to meet lead and pipeline targets, enhance brand visibility in assigned territories, and adapt to market conditions to optimize sales outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of tele-calling/sales experience in the UK/AUS/US process, a strong command of English, and preferably experience in the IT services industry. You should possess strong customer acquisition and sales skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you should be a self-starter, a go-getter, and have the ability to overcome objections. Adherence to ISMS policies and procedures is also required. This position is based in Trivandrum and requires a proactive approach to generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth through effective cold calling and lead conversion activities within international markets.,
