Role Overview

  • Position:

    Junior Associate - Account Manager

  • Focus: Build and nurture strong client relationships while ensuring

    successful campaign/project delivery

  • Responsibility: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned clients.
  • Ensure seamless communication, understanding, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Build long-term positive relationships to retain and grow accounts.

2. Account Strategy & Delivery

  • Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and market positioning.
  • Provide

    strategic recommendations

    that align with client goals.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring

    timely delivery

    of campaigns within scope and budget.

3. Campaign Coordination

  • Work with creative, strategy, and digital teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance reviews.

4. Growth & Upselling

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional agency services.
  • Support revenue growth by spotting client needs beyond the current scope.

5. Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
  • Proactively bring insights and ideas to clients for added value.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1.5 -- 2 years of experience as an

    Account Manager / Client Servicing Executive

    (agency environment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    marketing, branding, digital campaigns, and media channels

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office Suite / Google Workspace

    (project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana are a plus).
